What if I have any problems with my order?
If you do not receive your goods in a timely manner, want to make a correction, make a return, cancel your order entirely, or have any objections, please contact me as soon as you can.
For international orders with issued tracking numbers that seem stuck in limbo, try keying in the tracking number into your local postal service's website to see if there are any updates as well.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the USA?
Yes. I will typically ship worldwide for most of the products on here.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders default to USPS unless otherwise denoted.
Please contact me if you would like an alternative method of shipping, domestic or international. Additional costs may be charged depending on the carrier.
What is the return, refund and exchange policy?
I may replace or refund items that have been lost in transit, depending on the situation. Forward a copy of your invoice that says what you bought if this happens, and I will do my best to take care of you.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Barring exigent circumstances such as civil unrest or a global pandemic, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days, international may take up to a month depending where in the world you are, and how trustworthy your local postal service/private carrier is.

What even is Battle Secretary? Why is it sometimes called B-SEC?
Battle Secretary refers to the free webcomic that the merch on this store is either from, or inspired by.
B-SEC is the colloquial term for the "B-Section," the military unit that the two main characters are a part of in the main story. It is also used internally to refer to satellite projects that are tangentially related to the comic, such as this merchandising arm.
